A couple of things to remember when selecting your Christmas Tree:
Measure the space for both height and width where you plan on putting up your tree. It is easy to select too large of tree when you are outside among all of the trees and the vast open sky.
- If you select a pre-cut tree, make sure it is fresh and green and not starting to dry out.
- Look at all sides of the tree; if one side is flat or more sparse it might be ok if that side is going to be against a wall anyway.
- Take your tree home and get it into water as soon as possible.
