Gather with your friends and family around the vaulted great room with the massive fireplace and open kitchen with forest views outside the windows at the Barlow Trail Lodge in Rhododendron. This tri-level custom-built home is ideal for a multi-family getaway or 4 couples. The huge great room includes a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table that seats 10. Gather in front of the fireplace while watching TV or step outside to the fireplace under the covered porch or the private hot tub.

On the lower level, log in to your apps and watch TV shows, movies, and sporting events on the projector TV in the media room with a wet bar and game table. Just down the hall is a kid's game room with shuffleboard, Foosball, and lots of board games, puzzles, and kids' toys. Super fast Internet is available for gaming and working. The main laundry room with a washer and dryer is on the main level.

The primary en suite bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king bed and TV, a huge bathroom with jetted tub, and a walk-in shower with two shower heads plus a second washer and dryer. The main level includes a second king en suite bedroom and a queen bedroom with a full bathroom across the hall. The 3rd king en suite bedroom is on the lower level near the TV room and game room. The kids have the upper-level loft with 3 twin beds. There is also an office space with a desk and monitor in the loft area for checking your emails and logging in to work meetings.

The house was wonderful and fit our group well. Customer service was good, though a little slow to respond. For the # of guests the house holds, a larger hot tub would be better. Overall everything was great.

We were a group of eight adults who had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The amenities were very well received by the crew. Plenty of towels for showers and hot tub - oddly, this is a problem at many cabins. Excellent media room for watching sporting events. Internet service and wifi were solid. Darts, foosball, old school arcade game were fun. (shuffleboard table needs tuning). Everything you need in the kitchen was there. Despite the parking warning, there is plenty of room to park more than four vehicles. Check in was a little later than we desired, but the host management team was eager to assist and got us in sooner. Excellent communication.

We had an amazing time! So much to do and extremely spacious and comfortable for our group. The outdoor fire place was a great bonus. The only few suggestions we had is an umbrella or something to go over the hot tub, a group table on the amazing covered patio and lastly- make it a little more clear that a minimal wood is provided. As we love to have fires we would have brought more to enjoy the fire places more. It was such a great place and we will be back

The cabin well setup for hitting up golf, ski bowl and government camp. We had a great long weekend…thank you. The only hiccup was the projector screen in the basement wasn’t working. We think a cord isn’t working disrupting the connection.

Great Family Getaway

My family and I had such a lovely stay. Spacious and clean living area, full kitchen, kids loved to hang out in the media room, loads of plush toys and games, great hot tub, clear instructions, and a 20min ride to mt hood tubing. There’s a double oven where the top didn’t work. It didn’t heat up so we used the bottom oven which was fine. No dogs allowed at this rental.

The house was better than we expected. It was the perfect for our group. The loft with the 4 twins was perfect our kids. The adults appreciated the king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, appliances you'll need. We were there for a snow weekend and the house is only a 20-30 min drive to Meadows. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip!
