We enjoyed our MLK weekend stay over 3 nights with extended family members. Especially enjoyed the rushing river views and sounds. Location was a bit difficult to find in the dark. Also, we were disappointed there was no hot tub although we were required to sign paperwork regarding a hot tub at that property prior to arrival.
Oops, you were sent the hot tub letter on accident. We do have several homes available with hot tubs for your next visit.
It was a great place to be with family and grandchildren. It is a bit tricky to find especially when it's dark, and the map was not helpful. A couple of really minor issues - #1 The hot water supply did require to be managed so it would last for all users - also didn't recover very fast. #2 - Couldn't figure out how to set the thermonstate - could turn it up to 68, but when it reached 68 would reset to 55, so we would have to reset it again to 68. Perhaps we missed an explaination somewhere...
The River Island Retreat is on a quiet back road, so we will look at our directions to see how we can make them easier to follow. We will also look into the water heater issues. The thermostat is programmed to go to 55 after 10 PM, so if you switch it to 68, you would need to also push the "Hold" button. We will check to make sure the clock is right on the thermostat, too.
Our 4th stay at your properties was yet another hit! Gorgeous home, clean, well stocked, great service...what more could we ask for? A huge thank you to your team for always making us feel special. We will be back soon.

the only thing really missing with this beautiful place was a hot tub. Other than that it was very beautiful. We Really enjoyed the covered part of the deck as we sat out there while it was raining and just enjoyed the quite. Thanks again and we will be back soon.
We had the most wonderful 10 days at this cabin. Very comfortable with a great location and everything you could need. The only thing this property is missing is a hot tub. Looking forward to returning next year! This was our second year using this property managment and couldn't be happier.

WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island Cabin...for just 2 old geezers escaping the wives for a ski camp and golf....perfecto! Cari in the office was patient and SO helpful! I hope to return with the family sometime soon....
The master has a large bath and walk in closet with a laundry room right next to it on the main level. The home has outdoor views throughout and the large deck wraps around the kitchen and living room. Clean, beautiful...perfect!
We had the greatest time while we were there. It was so quiet and relaxing and the house and all its furnishings were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home to anybody who just wants to get away and relax. The girls at the rental office were so sweet and kind.
Our first time at River Island was very pleasant...loved being on the river with the sounds of the water...the house itself was great. Thanks again for your help. We'll be back sometime this summer.

The location was great. We were there in the snow but it would be great in the sun as well. The house is on of the nicest rentals I have stayed in before. It was really nice to have the dog with us

The floor plan is great. There is a little too much furniture in the greatroom. Maybe have the dining table set up as a four top vs six.
Very nice house, wonderful amenities, would definitely stay there again. Loved the covered eating and drinking area on the deck.
This home is first class, quality in every detail. The forested river setting is ideal for a truely relaxing retreat.
