    I've rented from Cascade several times, several differents homes. The staff is always extremely helpful and good to work with. We do photography in the area so we have many special needs that the group is always happy to provide.

    Overall, we really enjoyed our quaint stay in the mountains with a gorgeous view. The house was very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Couple of minor suggestions to make the stay better... 1) The binder of information in the cabins needs to be updated. Phone numbers are incorrect, and the items to do upon checkout are listed several times, but different in each listing. 2) The drain in the upstairs bathroom was extremely clogged and needed cleaning. 3) A spatula for flipping pancakes and eggs would be very helpful.

    The unit needs some basic maintenance: window blinds broken, kitchen faucet doesn't work well, coffee maker basket broken, upstairs toilet doesn't flush well.

    LOUD college age next door neighbors up until 4 am.

    Over priced. The price quoted on the internet was lowing than reality. In addition, I did not feel 100 percent secure. The front door should have a bolt lock. It would be pretty easy to kick in. The toilets should have a stronger flush out-take
