Betsy
President/Owner & Property Manager
Betsy moved from sunny California to Oregon in 1979 to attend OSU in Corvallis. After graduating in 1981 and landing a "real job" as a youth worker, she was laid off 1 year later due to a recession. She moved to Mt Hood in the fall of 1982 to work at Mt Hood Meadows for the winter season, planning to return to her career job hunt in the spring. She ended up staying at Mt Hood, eventually working year-round at Timberline for 9 years. Deciding it was time to get out of the waitress business, Betsy started Cascade Property Management in a spare bedroom of her home in 1991. The business has since grown to be known as the premier vacation rental company at Mt Hood. Our top priority is to provide quality, clean and well-maintained vacation rental homes to our guests. Betsy spends her free time downhill & crosscountry skiing in the winter, road & mountain biking in the summer and going on vacation in the western United States.

Cecilia
Housekeeping Trainer/Front Desk/Reservations
Cecilia has lived in the Pacific Northwest for most of her life, moving to Mt Hood 7 years ago. "Cec" has been with Cascade Property Management since July of 2002 as a housekeeper and reservationist. She is a bundle of energy and you have to move fast to keep up with her. She has several years of experience in the hospitality industry including working as a front desk clerk and executive housekeeper. Cec has been training new housekeepers and maintaining our homes' inventories. In her free time, Cec enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren as well as several rescued cats and her dog. Cec & her husband stay healthy by weight lifting every night after work.

Cari
Front Desk/Reservations/Maintenance Scheduler 
Cari grew up in the Mt Hood area, attending grade school and high school locally. She attended Eastern Oregon State University for 2 years, studying nursing. Missing the green trees and the majestic Cascade Mountain Range, Cari moved back to the area in the summer of 2003, when she came to work at Cascade Property Management. Cari has had previous experience with reservations and customer service at other Mt Hood area resorts. Cari's ability & willingness to learn new skills quickly coupled with her knowledge of the area and her friendly personality have made her a perfect fit for CPM. Cari is very social and spends her free time with her friends and family.
 

Paul
Maintenance Manager
Paul is a long-time resident of the Mt Hood area. He is a licensed contractor and owner of Big Dog Fence Company. Paul is an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time mountaineering, skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking and playing with his dogs. Paul is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds and hot tubs of our vacation rental homes. He also performs minor interior maintenance projects. Paul is available for larger deck, fence, gazebo and "hot tub complex" jobs as well. Paul enjoys being creative and keeping the homes and yards looking beautiful.  As Betsy's husband, Paul is the unofficial business consultant for CPM.
 

Andrew
Maintenance Supervisor
Andrew worked in our maintenance department for 2 years, leaving last summer for a construction job.  Due to sporadic work schedules, he came back to CPM for full-time work in February of 2008.  Andrew is very self-motivated and has a keen eye for detail.  He thrives on making sure every yard and home looks beautiful and is in tip top shape.  He trains and supervises other maintenance employees and occassionally helps out in the housekeeping department as needed.  Andrew enjoys hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, camping and playing video games in his spare time as well as spending time with his Husky mix dog, Fernando Torres.

Sabina
Housekeeping
Sabina has been a full-time housekeeper since December 2002 with CPM. She has extensive experience in housekeeping from working at several other resorts and hotels in the Mt Hood area. She is always very cheerful and happy and has even been caught dancing and singing while she cleans. Sabina moved to Mt Hood from Zacatecas Mexico several years ago. She has 7 children ranging in age from 16-36 and 15 grandchildren; they live in Oregon, Las Vegas and Mexico. Over the years, Sabina has been developing her reading and writing skills in both Spanish and English. Her sisters Maria & Patricia also work for us in the housekeeping department.
 

Maria
Housekeeping
Maria has worked for Cascade Property Management for the past several years, except for a couple of years when her family moved back to Mexico. She is always a hard worker and is one of the fastest housekeepers around; she would win the bed-making contest for efficiency and accuracy. Maria laughs alot and is a pleasure to be around. She is very proud of her family which includes 2 sons, 8 & 15 and her husband who works at one of Mt Hood's Resorts and is also an awesome auto mechanic. The 15-old is a straight-A student and fluent in both English & Spanish & has also helped out during the holidays. Maria is also famous for her authentic tamales that she and her sister, Patricia make regularly. Maria sisters, Sabina & Patricia also work for CPM.
 

Patricia
Housekeeping
Patricia is the "Tres Hermanas" working for CPM as a housekeeper.  She has many years of experience cleaning hotel rooms, cottages & condos at several resorts in the Mt Hood area.  As soon as Patricia came to work for CPM, she fit right in.  Patricia has 2 sons, aged 6 and 8.  When she and her sisters are in the office together, they have us all laughing in no time.  Patricia and Maria are known for their authentic home-made tamales.
